About Aicines Labs

AICines Labs is an end-to-end marketing and branding platform for growing businesses. We handle three things for every client: in-depth market research, content creation, and social media growth — planning, producing, and posting content that builds a brand's presence. We're now scaling our outbound sales team to bring this offering to businesses across the United States.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll own the full outbound sales cycle for the US market — from identifying the right prospects to closing the deal on a live call. This is a high-ownership, high-reward role for someone who's comfortable picking up the phone and turning a cold conversation into a signed client.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify potential US-based businesses that are a strong fit for our marketing, content, and social media services
• Make outbound calls to decision-makers and pitch AICines Labs' offering clearly and persuasively
• Handle objections, build rapport, and guide prospects through to closing on the call
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline status
• Consistently hit monthly targets for calls, conversions, and closed deals

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role
• Prior experience working with or selling to US clients strongly preferred
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral, US-friendly accent and strong phone presence
• Confident, persuasive communicator who can handle objections and close deals independently
• Comfortable working night shifts (6:30 PM – 2:00 AM IST) to align with US business hours
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient — cold outreach doesn't faze you
• Based in India, available to work from Home
