We are now expanding into India. Driven Properties India is building a Hyderabad-based team to introduce Indian investors to Dubai's property market — through property events, exhibitions, and direct consultation, right here at home.

Role Overview

As a Property Consultant, you will guide Indian clients through every step of investing in Dubai real estate, from first enquiry to closing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through personalized consultation and exceptional service
• Representing Driven at property events, investor exhibitions, and roadshows across Hyderabad
• Managing client communications, virtual property presentations, and inquiries efficiently
• Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring an outstanding client experience
• Providing expert advice on Dubai market trends, investment opportunities, ROI, and the legal and ownership framework for Indian investors

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate or high-ticket sales; experience selling international property is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction
• Willingness to learn the Dubai real estate market in depth (full training provided)
• Confidence presenting to clients at live events and exhibitions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
• Fluency in English required; Hindi and Telugu are a strong advantage
• Valid passport, or willingness to obtain one, for occasional travel to Dubai
