Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Manager role based in CBD Belapur. The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing a sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance. The role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and negotiating and closing real estate transactions.

• Proven real estate sales & negotiation experience

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Real Estate & local market dynamics
  • Proven sales, negotiation & closing skills
  • Strong client relationship & customer service skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational, time-management & CRM skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered
  • Willingness to work on-site, conduct field visits & attend client meetings
