We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Sarjapur.

Job ResponsibilitiesTeam Management
  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
  • Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the team.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
  • Conduct daily sales huddles and regular performance reviews.
  • Train team members on lead qualification, pitching, objection handling and closing techniques.
  • Identify performance gaps and provide coaching to improve conversion.
Lead & Sales Management
  • Manage and monitor leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.
  • Ensure timely lead allocation and follow-up by the sales team.
  • Track the complete sales funnel from Lead → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booking.
  • Monitor lead quality and improve lead-to-site-visit conversion.
  • Personally handle high-value and priority customers when required.
  • Develop strategies to improve site visits and booking conversions.
Customer Management
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences and buying objectives.
  • Guide customers towards suitable residential projects.
  • Assist the team in handling customer objections and negotiations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Project & Market Knowledge
  • Maintain strong knowledge of residential projects across Sarjapur, East Bangalore and surrounding locations.
  • Stay updated on project pricing, inventory, offers, payment plans and USPs.
  • Monitor competitor projects, pricing and market trends.
  • Train the sales team regularly on new projects and market developments.
Reporting & CRM
  • Ensure accurate CRM/lead management and regular follow-ups.
  • Track daily calls, follow-ups, site visits and bookings.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyse conversion ratios and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Coordinate closely with the Digital Marketing and Management teams regarding lead quality and campaign performance.

Candidate Profile
  • 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sales team preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Bangalore residential real estate.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
  • Good understanding of lead management and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and improve conversion ratios.
  • Strong customer-handling and closing skills.
  • Highly target-oriented, disciplined and self-motivated.
