Role Description Generate and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, networking and market outreach.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.

Conduct professional client meetings, property presentations and site visits.

Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial enquiry to negotiation and successful closure.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, investors and property owners.

Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organised sales pipeline.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Negotiate professionally with clients and drive successful transactions.

Stay updated with market trends, property developments and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings and sales activities.

Work closely with the management and marketing team to maximise business opportunities

Qualifications

We welcome ambitious professionals from diverse educational backgrounds — from 12th Pass to Graduate and Postgraduate/Master’s candidates. While educational qualifications are important, we place strong emphasis on communication skills, confidence, professional attitude, learning ability and sales performance. Candidates with relevant real estate or sales experience will be preferred.
