MKR INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

💼 Position: Business Development Executive – IT Sales

📌 Experience: 1–2 Years

🏢 Industry: IT / Software Services

📍 Location: Bengaluru

💻 Work Mode: On-site / Hybrid

⏰ Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads for Website, Web Application, Mobile App, Software Development, and Digital Marketing services

• Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels

• Use LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals and estimates

• Schedule client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations

• Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations

• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

• Consistently work toward monthly sales and revenue targets

• Explore opportunities in both Indian and international markets

Required Skills:

✅ 1–2 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development

✅ Good understanding of software and IT services

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✅ Experience with LinkedIn lead generation

✅ Cold calling and email outreach experience

✅ Ability to understand client requirements and close deals

✅ Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
