Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and build relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and online research
  • Identify prospects and connect with key decisionmakers
  • Schedule client meetings and generate qualified opportunities
  • Understand customer requirements and position BMS solutions
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM activities
  • Work with the sales team to convert opportunities into business
  • Meet assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B / IT Sales / Business Development
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in cold calling and client interaction
  • Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of IT products/services is an advantage
  • Experience with LinkedIn and CRM tools is preferred
