Sales Manager

Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales function, including identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in aluminum engineering and fabrication services. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding project requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in aluminium doors & windows, construction, architecture, interiors, or building materials will be an advantage
• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of aluminum engineering and fabrication to communicate solutions effectively.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kozhikode and travel to client locations as needed.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.
