Meridian Watches is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mohali. You’ll be responsible for providing clear, timely and helpful support throughout the customer journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries across email, WhatsApp and other support channels
  • Assist with orders, deliveries, replacements and warranty queries
  • Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery-related issues
  • Assist with refunds and payment-related queries
  • Manage customer requests using e-commerce platforms and tools


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience with an e-commerce company is preferred
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Shiprocket, payment gateways or similar tools is preferred
  • Organised, detail-oriented and solution-focused
  • Comfortable working full-time from our Mohali office
