About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Support Representative who can provide exceptional support to our customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and Phone. You'll be the first point of contact, ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, and Phone.
• Handle order tracking, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick response times.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and sizing queries.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify and CRM tools (preferred).
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior customer support or e-commerce experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and email support.
• Familiarity with courier tracking and order management.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
