Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international e-commerce process. Candidates should have experience in both BPO and e-commerce processes.

Requirements:

  • BPO/customer support experience
  • E-commerce process experience preferred
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts
  • Candidates should be willing to work from the Jaipur location

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns
  • Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns and refunds
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain service quality and meet process targets
  • Follow standard operating procedures and process guidelines
