Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Jaipur. The Sales Assistant will support customers in the showroom, provide product information, and assist with selecting jewelry that meets their preferences and budget. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, demonstrating product features, handling basic billing support, and maintaining organized displays and stock counters. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team, updating customer records, and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment aligned with Rambhajo’s standards of service and luxury. The Sales Assistant will work closely with management to meet sales targets and uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust, handle queries, and create a positive showroom experience.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain product details, customization options, and purchase terms.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including basic negotiation and upselling, to support revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage displays, inventory records, and customer documentation efficiently.
• Prior experience in retail or luxury goods sales, especially jewelry, is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS or billing systems are beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and peak festive seasons.
• Minimum high school education; a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or related fields is an advantage.
