Location: The Pavilion, Pune

Salary range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000

This is more than a retail sales role, it is an opportunity to represent one of India’s distinguished designer jewellery brands and deliver an exceptional luxury experience to every client who walks into our store.

We are seeking individuals who understand elegance, communicate with confidence, and naturally build meaningful relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a refined and personalised customer experience aligned with the GBJ brand philosophy

• Assist clients in discovering jewellery pieces suited to their style, occasion, and preferences

• Build strong client relationships and nurture repeat clientele through exceptional service

• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining premium service standards

• Present jewellery collections with confidence, sophistication, and product understanding

• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation standards

• Handle customer queries, customisation requests, and after-sales interactions professionally

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and inventory management

• Represent the brand gracefully during exhibitions, launches, and special events

What We Are Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A polished, well-groomed, and presentable personality

• Confidence in client interaction and relationship building

• Strong understanding of customer service etiquette in a premium retail environment

• Passion for fashion, jewellery, styling, and luxury experiences

• Self-driven, ambitious, and sales-oriented mindset

• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
