We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our retail team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in retail sales and a strong passion for customer service and achieving sales targets.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising standards.
• Support billing and POS operations.
• Monitor product availability and assist with stock management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are properly organized.
• Support promotional activities and new product launches.
• Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Follow company sales processes, policies, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Good selling and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems and computers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as required.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
