Role Description:- The Customer Care Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The position involves assisting customers by understanding their requirements and guiding them through suitable product options to ensure a seamless shopping experience. The role includes handling customer interactions across in-store, phone, and digital channels (chat), managing appointments, and supporting sales coordination.

Key responsibilities :- include resolving customer queries, tracking service requests, coordinating with internal teams for timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role also requires upholding brand standards in customer engagement and contributing to overall store experience and presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in customer service or support roles
• Ability to drive customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and follow-up
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury customer service is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur, including weekends and peak seasons
• Attention to detail, professional demeanor, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM or POS systems is an advantage
