Location: Mohali

Process: Blended Process (Voice + Chat/Email Support)

Shift: Rotational Shifts / 24x7 Environment

Experience: Freshers / 6 Months to 1 Year Experience

CTC: ₹3.42 LPA to ₹3.70 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle customer queries through multiple channels including voice, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM/system.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Follow company policies, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer escalations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of BPO/Customer Service experience.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per process requirement).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
