• Role Description

Creo Homes is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Architectural Design Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and experience in handling leads and customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming sales enquiries and follow up with potential customers

* Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate Creo Homes’ architectural design services

* Support the sales team in lead qualification, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions

* Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM

* Coordinate with internal design and sales teams for customer requirements

* Prepare and share proposals, presentations, quotations, and other sales documents

* Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships

* Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the reporting manager

* Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role

* Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, real estate, or related industries will be an advantage

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills

* Good coordination and organizational abilities

* Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office/Google Workspace

* Target-oriented, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn

* Ability to communicate effectively in English and Malayalam
