Role Overview

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their complete lifecycle while ensuring timely campaign delivery and achievement of marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Understand client business, industry, and objectives; recommend digital marketing strategies; maintain professional communication throughout engagement.
• Account Oversight: Manage portfolio of active client accounts as assigned; handle onboarding, planning, reviews, renewals, and closure.
• Project Coordination: Develop execution strategies; coordinate with Performance Marketing, Social Media, Design, Content, and Development teams for timely delivery.
• Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and TAT; ensure client commitments are tracked and fulfilled.
• Performance Reporting: Review campaign performance; share reports, insights, and recommendations; conduct periodic review meetings.
• Issue Resolution: Address client queries, concerns, and escalations promptly with internal team coordination.
• Documentation: Maintain records of communications, meeting minutes, approvals, and project status in designated systems.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and policies; attend client meetings (including in-person) as required.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 6 Months –3 years in client servicing/account management at a digital marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Design).
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
