Partner Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founder and head of alliances on strategic initiatives that result in resulting in "X" ARR through Alliances / Partnerships
• Generate interest among high-potential partner through discovery calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns and grow the partner ecosystem
• Create and do product presentations and conduct discovery calls.
• Manage End-to-End partnership process (Inbound partner leads to partnership agreement, joint account planning, winning opportunities through partners with support from sales)
• Carry revenue targets and achieve them through partners
• Educate and enthuse partner to build higher level of competencies
• Strive to continuously improve your partner process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices

Who you are

• Worked in a Fast-growing SAAS start-up in their 10-100 Million USD Journey
• Contributed in building the alliances function specially for USA and/ Europe
• Strong experience of building partnership function in a high growth startup.
• Experience in building reseller / distributors and/or Consulting firms in the USA / Europe
• Acted as an individual contributor and 0-1 journey contributor
