🎯 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Closing to own the most important stage of our sales funnel — converting qualified prospects into confirmed bookings.

You will work with warm and pre-qualified leads generated by our marketing and pre-sales teams and take customers through:

Enquiry → Site Visit → Negotiation → Objection Handling → Booking

This role is ideal for a strong real estate closer who is confident handling high-value transactions and premium buyers.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Own the closing stage of the sales funnel and convert qualified leads into bookings.

• Conduct high-quality site visits and consultative sales meetings.

• Handle negotiations around pricing, inventory and payment plans.

• Identify and resolve buyer objections with clarity and credibility.

• Build trust and close deals with HNI, NRI and second-home buyers.

• Guide customers through booking formalities and ensure smooth handover to CRM/post-sales teams.

• Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing and channel partners to maintain a strong closing pipeline.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly booking and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline and forecasts.

• Represent Taradevi's Enclave with a professional and premium approach.

👤 What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in premium/high-ticket residential projects.

• Proven track record of closing high-value residential deals.

• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and objection-handling skills.

• Experience dealing with HNI/NRI and second-home buyers will be preferred.

• Good understanding of home-loan processes, payment plans and real estate documentation.

• RERA awareness; knowledge of Himachal Pradesh land norms, including Section 118, will be an advantage.

• Strong CRM and pipeline management skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Confident, composed and presentable personality.

• Willingness to work across Gurgaon and Shimla and conduct site visits.

• Experience in luxury / premium residential real estate.

• Existing network of HNI/NRI clients.

• Strong relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.
