About Us

Tech Trek Events is a fast-growing events company specializing in organizing industry-focused conferences, summits, webinars, and networking events. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Associate to help expand our reach and connect with potential attendees, speakers, sponsors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to potential prospects using personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
• Identify and generate qualified leads for Tech Trek Events through LinkedIn, online research, and other digital platforms.
• Send professional outreach emails to prospective attendees, sponsors, speakers, and partners.
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM with accurate information.
• Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize response and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on outreach activities and lead generation performance.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, or lead generation is preferred.
• Strong internet research and data management skills.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Alternate Saturdays: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (IST)
