Business Development Manager – Enterprise Sales (Field)

Sales & Profit is hiring on behalf of Quest2Travel (Q2T), a MakeMyTrip Group company.

Q2T has grown 10x in four years — from ₹300 Cr to ₹3,000 Cr — and is now the #2 platform in India's online corporate travel market, with the #1 spot in sight.

We are hiring pure hunters in Mumbai to win new enterprise accounts as corporate travel moves from offline to online.

What the role is:

This is a field sales role. You spend your time in front of CXOs and senior decision-makers at large corporates, showing them a proven platform that is easy to use, fully compliant with corporate governance, and cuts their travel spend.

You own the full cycle — prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation and closure — and take each account live on the platform. You bundle Q2T's full product suite into each win, not point solutions.

Who we are looking for:

• 4–8 years of B2B enterprise sales, with a track record of net-new logo acquisition — not account management or renewals
• You do not need travel-industry experience. We want hunters from B2B SaaS, FinTech, HRTech, MarTech, ERP or CRM sales
• Strong prospecting, stakeholder mapping, consultative selling and closing
• Comfortable owning a number in a high-growth, less-structured setup
