About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Barista who can create great coffee experiences while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, and equipment.
• Handle billing/POS transactions and manage cash when required.
• Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Support stock checking and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
• Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant environment.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and basic barista techniques.
• Familiarity with espresso machines and coffee grinders.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good grooming and hygiene standards.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
