About the Job Role:

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cafe All Rounderto join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and support daily operations.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and explain the concept
• Assist customers with choices and answer questions about ingredients and specials
• Handle billing, payments, and POS systems responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure timely service
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Address customer concerns politely and escalate issues when required

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practice
