Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Manager role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with institutional and retail clients, and promote Lirunex’s trading solutions and services. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating commercial terms. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to support campaigns, gather client feedback, and contribute to the enhancement of platform features and offerings. Regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends will be required.
Qualifications

• Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for partnering with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical and market research skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of financial markets and online trading products (forex, stocks, indices, cryptocurrencies, metals, energies).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with trading platforms and fintech solutions is beneficial.
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in brokerage, financial services, or fintech business development is preferred.
