Job Title: SAP HANA O2C Functional Consultant

Job Location: PAN INDIA

Job type: Full-Time


Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience as an SAP SD/O2C Functional Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration.
  • Mandatory experience in at least one end-to-end greenfield SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation, covering design, configuration, testing and go-live.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Experience in retail sales processes including POS sales, pricing, promotions, returns and refunds.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Sales Order Management
  • Pricing & Condition Techniques
  • Delivery & Shipping
  • Billing
  • Output Determination
  • Rebates
  • Revenue Account Determination
  • Credit Management
  • Accounts Receivable integration
  • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare for multi-site/multi-store rollouts.
  • Ability to create high-quality functional specifications and test scripts.
  • Good understanding of integration with SAP Finance.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to SAP IS-Retail.
  • Exposure to SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository).
  • Exposure to SAP POS / POS DM.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Fiori sales applications.
  • Experience with multi-country or multi-location retail implementations.
  • SAP S/4HANA Sales certification is an advantage.
  • Experience working with Jira, SAP Solution Manager or similar tools.
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Structured approach to functional troubleshooting and defect investigation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with distributed teams.
  • Comfortable working with offshore/onshore stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Willingness to support extended hours during cutover, go-live and critical hypercare periods.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
