Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP SD business processes.
  • Handle Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle including quotations, orders, deliveries, billing, and returns.
  • Work on pricing procedures, account determination, credit management, and output management.
  • Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects.
  • Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-Live activities.
  • Collaborate with MM, FI, PP, WM, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Resolve production issues and provide business process improvements.
