SAP SD Functional Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution processes, implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. The candidate should possess strong business process knowledge and hands-on SAP SD configuration experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and map them to SAP SD solutions.
  • Configure and support Sales Order Management, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
  • Work on order-to-cash (OTC) business processes.
  • Configure customer master data, sales organizations, distribution channels, and partner determination.
  • Handle pricing procedures, output determination, and availability checks.
  • Coordinate with business users during workshops, UAT, go-live, and hypercare support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, WM/EWM, PP, FI, and CRM.
  • Analyze and resolve production support issues and service requests.
