Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, prior experience handling international customers over voice, and a customer-focused approach.

Candidates with insurance industry/process experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer queries and concerns.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
  • Follow defined processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
  • Meet process-specific KPIs such as productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as applicable.
  • Insurance background/experience will be an added advantage.

Candidates Not Eligible

  • Freshers are not eligible.
  • Candidates with less than 1 year of International Voice experience are not eligible.
  • B.E./B.Tech candidates are not eligible.

Preferred Profile

Candidates who have worked in:

  • International customer service
  • International voice/BPO processes
  • Insurance customer support
  • International insurance/claims-related processes
