Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate professionally with customers and resolve concerns effectively
  • Maintain records of customer interactions accurately
  • Follow process guidelines and company policies
  • Escalate unresolved concerns whenever required
  • Meet individual and team productivity targets
