About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Voice to join a leading IT firm in Kochi. The role involves handling inbound calls and providing professional and efficient support to customers and employees of client organisations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong listening skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to resolve queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound voice calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide customer and retail voice support.
• Assist employees of client organisations with queries and requests.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle complaints and requests with patience and professionalism.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
• Maintain service quality and meet defined performance standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Plus Two or above.
• Excellent spoken English — CEFR B2 level.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willingness to work rotational 9-hour shifts
• (8 hours working + 1-hour break; predominantly night shifts).
• Willingness to work rotational week-offs.

🚕 Transportation Facility

Cab transportation is available between 6:30 PM and 6:30 AM for employees residing within a 25 km radius of the office.
