We are seeking a motivated and results-driven BDM/Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating leads for our business. You will play a pivotal role in growing our customer base and achieving sales targets by effectively communicating our products and services to new prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services/products.
• Engagement: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s offerings and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
• Lead Generation: Qualify leads through strategic questioning to assess their interest and ability to purchase.
• CRM: Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Follow-up: Schedule follow-up calls or meetings with qualified leads, ensuring continuous engagement.
• Achieve KPIs: Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets such as call volume, lead conversion rate, and sales appointments set.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy.
