📌 Role: Pre-Sales & Bid Management Manager / Senior Pre-Sales Consultant

💼 Experience: 6 - 10 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFP / RFI / Tender / Bid activities

• Analyze requirements, eligibility criteria, technical scope and evaluation parameters

• Coordinate with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Finance, Legal, OEMs & Partners

• Develop compliance matrices, proposals, solution documents and executive summaries

• Support solutioning, architecture, BoQ, effort estimation and commercial inputs

• Prepare customer presentations, demos, solution workshops and proposal walkthroughs

• Coordinate with OEMs/technology partners for technical inputs, pricing and authorization documents

• Maintain bid trackers, submission calendars and win/loss analysis

• Build reusable proposal content, case studies, credentials and bid libraries

🔹 Required Skills

✅ Pre-Sales / Bid Management / Tender Management / Solution Consulting

✅ Strong RFP/RFI/Tender response & proposal writing experience

✅ Understanding of Enterprise IT, Cloud, APIs, Integration, Middleware, Data, Cybersecurity or related technologies

✅ Excellent PowerPoint, Excel & Word skills

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple bids and strict deadlines

⭐ Preferred

• Government / PSU / Banking / BFSI / Large Enterprise tender experience

• Exposure to GeM / e-Procurement portals

• Experience with IBM, Red Hat, Microsoft, Oracle, AWS, Azure, Cybersecurity or other enterprise technology ecosystems

• System Integration / IT Services proposal experience
