Freelance Business Development Manager (IT Projects) – Commission Based

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Freelance Business Development Managers who can generate and close IT projects related to web development, mobile application development, and custom software solutions. The role is fully commission-based, offering attractive earnings per successfully closed project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for web, mobile app, and software development projects

  • Generate leads through platforms such as freelance marketplaces, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with our technical team

  • Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing

  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the delivery team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT business development or project acquisition

  • Strong understanding of web development, mobile apps, and software services

  • Ability to source projects independently through online platforms or personal networks

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Compensation

  • Commission-based payment per project

  • High commission structure (percentage discussed based on project size and value)

  • No earning cap – higher project value means higher commission
