Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Yerwada, Pune
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend : 15000/month

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations, offering valuable industry experience and the opportunity to learn core HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by calling and coordinating with candidates.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes from job portals based on role requirements.
  • Update and maintain candidate test scores and other details on the HR portal.
  • Support in scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
  • Maintain and update databases, trackers, and recruitment-related reports.
  • Contribute to other HR operational activities as needed.

Requirements:
  • Pursuing or recently completed degree/diploma in HR, Management, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with candidates.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) is an added advantage.
