Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The position involves managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and presenting Cleardeals’ services to help them sell their properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up with prospects, and coordinating with the Sales team to meet sales targets. The role also requires addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and consistently working toward meeting sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills for a voice-based sales process.
• Experience in inside sales, tele-sales, lead generation, or lead conversion preferred.
• Ability to handle calls, follow up with leads, address objections, and close sales.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to achieve sales KPIs and targets.
• Basic understanding of CRM and lead management.
• Prior experience in real estate or service-oriented industries is an added advantage.
• On-site role in Ahmedabad; team-oriented and proactive candidates preferred.
