Role Overview:

We are looking for a customer-focused Personal Banker to handle international clients, resolve queries, and provide personalized banking support across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through voice and digital channels.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Collections teams.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of customer transactions.
  • Follow all regulatory requirements, banking policies, and compliance guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and digital capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in International Voice Process / Banking / BFSI.
  • Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of banking products and customer service processes.
  • Comfortable working in international/rotational shifts.
