Job Overview: 

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 1-3 years of experience to manage back-office work and documentation at our Andheri office. This role is suited for early-career professionals ready to grow their skills in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

 Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

 Process invoices and expense reports with high accuracy and efficiency.

 Reconcile bank statements and ensure adequate cash flow for operational needs.

 Prepare financial reports and statements for both internal and external use.

 Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

 Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

 Handle documentation for taxes, audits, and other financial activities.

 Support the month-end and year-end closing process.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of record-keeping.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with various teams.

• Prior experience in the data IT industry is advantageous but not required.

• Salary: INR 10,000 - INR 20,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
