Location: KPHB, Hyderabad – Onsite

Shift: Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Client Sales Associate with strong experience in voice-based customer interaction and sales, particularly with US clients/customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, confidence speaking with international customers, and the ability to work in a night-shift environment.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with US clients over the phone, understanding their requirements, promoting relevant products/services, generating leads, and converting opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with US clients/customers.
• Communicate professionally with customers and understand their requirements.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products/services.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
• Achieve assigned sales, conversion, call volume, and revenue targets.
• Accurately update customer information, call outcomes, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and quality standards on every customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Voice Process, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, International Voice Process, or Customer Sales.
• Experience communicating with US clients/customers is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal English communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable handling US-based customers over the phone.
• Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
