Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, pitching Speedioo’s offerings, and driving sales conversions.

This is a pure sales role focused on lead conversion and revenue generation, with no involvement in customer support or service.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through calls and pitch Speedioo’s offerings.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions.
• Drive the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Handle customer objections effectively and drive successful closures.
• Continuously improve sales pitch, product knowledge, and conversion techniques.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales.
• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and confidently close sales.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools.
• Candidates with more than 2 years of experience are not preferred for this role.

Language Requirement – Mandatory

• Kannada – Mandatory
• Hindi – Preferred
• English – Preferred
