We help clients achieve compliance with local and international sustainability standards, including Trakhees, LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and Estidama, ensuring buildings meet world-class environmental and health benchmarks.

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and visually strong Graphic Designer who can take ownership of Susnomics’ visual identity across social media and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design aesthetic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas, technical information, company activities, and sustainability topics into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics and visual content for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
•  Design social media posts, carousels, banners, announcements, infographics, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts that align with Susnomics’ brand identity, tone, and visual standards.
• Work closely with the Dubai and India teams to understand upcoming projects, events, achievements, team activities, and campaigns and convert them into engaging visual content.
•  Support the planning and execution of weekly and monthly social media content.
•  Edit short-form videos, reels, and other digital content when required.
•  Stay updated on current design trends, LinkedIn trends, social media formats, and visual content styles.
• Suggest new creative ideas to improve the company’s online presence and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, social media design, or a similar role.
•  Strong proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, and Premiere Pro to create high-quality visual and video content
• Interest in sustainability or willingness to learn about the field is a plus.

•  A portfolio is mandatory. Please share your previous design work, portfolio, or relevant social media/design samples along with your application.
•  As part of the application process, candidates are also requested to complete the following short design assignment:

Assignment Brief

Create a simple LinkedIn carousel post based on Susnomics and what we do. The carousel may introduce our services or communicate a topic related to sustainability, green buildings, environmental consultancy, energy efficiency, or another area relevant to Susnomics.

Requirements

• Create a 4–6 slide LinkedIn carousel.
• The design should be professional, clean, engaging, and suitable for a corporate audience.
• Content and visuals should be relevant to Susnomics and our industry.
•  Candidates may refer to our LinkedIn page and website to understand our services and existing branding style.
• The assignment must be entirely original and created by the candidate. AI-generated designs or AI-generated visual content will result in rejection of the application.
