Job Description – Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design static creatives for digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google ads, emailers, etc.)
  • Create visual assets for packaging, brochures, website banners, and offline collaterals
  • Maintain consistency in visual style across all brand touchpoints
  • Interpret brand briefs and translate them into compelling visuals
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to support campaign needs
  • Work on layout design, typography, and brand aesthetics
  • Stay up to date with design trends and tools


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition
  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of work across digital and print
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills


Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with Figma, Canva and AI tools
  • Knowledge of UI/UX basics or motion graphics
  • Familiarity with photo editing and retouching
  • Basic Video Editing Skills
