Business Development Manager – Forex & Fintech | India

About the Role

AITradeBoom is expanding its business operations in India and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support client acquisition, relationship management, and market development.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Forex, Fintech, Brokerage, Trading Technology, CFDs, MT4/MT5, or Financial Services, with a strong understanding of business development and client relationship management.

This is a paid Business Development position focused on developing genuine business relationships and supporting the company’s growth in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in India

• Connect with prospective clients and business contacts

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Introduce AITradeBoom’s platform and services to prospective clients

• Follow up with qualified leads and support the client acquisition process

• Develop relationships with relevant industry professionals and business partners

• Conduct market research and provide feedback on local market opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of client development and follow-up activities

• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and customer support teams

• Work toward agreed business development and client acquisition targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Relationship Management

• Experience in Forex, Fintech, Brokerage, CFDs, MT4/MT5, Financial Services, or Trading Technology is preferred

• Good understanding of the Indian market

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities

• Experience managing client relationships

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Good English communication skills

• Hindi or other Indian languages are an advantage

Preferred Experience

Candidates with existing professional relationships within the Forex, Fintech, Brokerage, Trading, or Financial Services industry will be considered an advantage.

Previous experience working with trading clients, financial-service customers, or business development channels is also preferred.
