  • Job Summary:
  • Seeking a highly organized and analytical Executive Assistant to support the Head of Technical Services in coordinating technical operations, preparing reports, managing budgets, and driving cross‑functional activities. This role requires strong data skills, advanced Excel, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, communication, and daily priorities for HTS Head.
  • Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and technical data summaries.
  • Support budgeting, costing, variance tracking, and cost‑saving analysis.
  • Create high‑impact presentations for reviews and audits.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, QC/QA, SCM, and Project teams.
  • Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and maintain documentation.
  • Assist with technical reviews, audits, shutdown coordination, and site visits.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 5+ years’ experience in admin/operations support (pharma preferred).
  • Strong Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis & reporting skills.
  • Understanding of manufacturing/technical environments; SAP/ERP knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and ownership mindset.
