We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant to CEO

Vibe6 Digital Company is looking for a proactive and dynamic Executive/Personal Assistant to support our CEO in day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a fast-paced organization.


📍 Location: Indore (On-site)

💼 Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel schedules
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes
  • Acting as a point of contact between CEO and clients/partners


What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
