Social Media Project Coordinator - Personal Branding

At ONFLIT, we are seeking a passionate Social Media Project Coordinator - Personal Branding to manage end-to-end projects for our clients. This is a full-time in office role in Jaipur, offering an exciting opportunity to work with top business leaders and entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for content creation and thought leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop project briefs and assign tasks to the appropriate teams.
• Coordinate between freelancers and clients for seamless project execution.
• Review the content to ensure it aligns with client expectations..
• Manage distribution of content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Oversee social media engagement and track project progress.
• Brainstorm on content ideas for social media engagement
• Ensure timely completion of projects, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Assisting your reporting managers with content production or repurposing, or any other operational tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-2 years of full-time experience in marketing, branding, or personal branding (freelance or internship experience not applicable).
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
• Basic understanding of good designs, video production techniques, and marketing strategies. This is key to executing successful branding projects.
• Passionate about content creation—this is non-negotiable.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Good research skills and a proactive attitude toward personal development.
