SALARY RANGE - 20K to 25K in-hand as per experience

Are you the person who can spot a fake Gucci bag from a mile away, explain compound interest to a 5th grader, and also knows why a Reel went viral? If you love juggling different personalities and industries, we want you.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to handle 5-6 brands that range from Fashion and Finance to Healthcare and Education. You won’t just be posting pictures; you’ll be the bridge between the client’s dream and the ground reality.

🎯 Responsibilities

The Strategist: You’ll cook up Organic strategies that don’t just "increase engagement" but actually grow the brand. You’ll figure out exactly who needs to see the content.

The Planner: Whip up monthly calendars that make sense for a fashionista one day and a bank manager the next.

The Pre-Production Guru: Sit with the client and our internal team to plan the shoot. What’s the vibe? What’s the message? You tell us.

The Star (Behind the Scenes): Hit the floor for the actual production/shoots with our cinematographer. Direct, suggest, and make magic happen.

The Editor-in-Chief: You don’t need to edit, but you need to feel it. Advise our editors and designers on what looks good and what belongs in the trash.

The Negotiator: Get final approvals from clients (yes, even the ones who want the logo bigger).

The Analyst: Post the content, watch it like a hawk, and analyse what’s working and what’s bombing.

🧠 Skills You Must Possess

We don't just need a "poster." We need a thinker. You should be a pro at:

Asking the Right Questions: Curiosity didn’t kill the cat; it made the content better.

Research & Creativity: Can you find a trend before it dies? Can you spot a gap in the market?

Design & Video Gyaan: You might not hold the mouse, but you should know a good edit from a bad one. You can rate what is a good graphic design and a great video edit.

Time Management: Juggling 6 clients? You’ll need the focus of a sniper and the calm of a Zen master.

Analytical & Observational Skills: Numbers tell a story. Can you read it?

People Management: Handling clients and internal teams requires the patience of a saint and the charm of a salesman.

🤖 Tech-Savviness Required:

AI Tools: If you aren't using AI to speed up your work, what are you doing? (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)

Excel: Because data doesn't visualize itself.

Platform Mastery: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (Obviously).

Algorithm Whiz: You need to know how different platform algorithms work. Not just "post at 6 pm," but the why behind it.
