🎯 Position: Senior Manager Accounts

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong exposure to real estate/project accounting to manage project-wise financial and accounting functions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping

✅ Maintain project-wise accounts, budgets & cost tracking

✅ Prepare MIS reports, financial statements & management reports

✅ Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance

✅ Manage vendor payments, customer receivables & bank reconciliations

✅ Monitor project costs, cash flow, budgets & forecasts

✅ Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks & regulatory authorities

✅ Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with company policies

👤 What We're Looking For

🎓 B.Com / M.Com / CA / CMA / CA Inter or equivalent

📊 8–15 years of experience in accounting & finance

🏗️ Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure preferred

💻 Strong proficiency in Tally, ERP & MS Excel

📈 Strong knowledge of project accounting, taxation & financial reporting

🤝 Excellent analytical, communication & organizational skills
