Role Description The Senior Interior Designer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for leading interior design projects from concept through execution, including developing design concepts, space plans, and mood boards; selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment; and preparing detailed construction and presentation drawings. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand requirements, translating preferences into cohesive design solutions, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing on-site execution to ensure design integrity, quality, and timelines are maintained. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior team members, manage project documentation and schedules, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Interior Design and Architecture, with a portfolio demonstrating high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Space Planning and Construction Drawings, including layout development, detailing, and coordination with project stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and vendor coordination.
• Advanced skills in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools) and presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and site supervision.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Experience mentoring or leading design teams and collaborating in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Attention to detail, aesthetic sensitivity, and familiarity with current design trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
