Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with strong experience in the luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial segment, capable of handling projects end-to-end from conceptualisation to execution.

Location: Lonavala

Role Overview

The ideal candidate should possess a strong design sensibility, technical understanding, and execution capability with the ability to manage luxury interior projects independently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept development to final execution
• Prepare mood boards, layouts, space planning, and detailed design presentations
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and execution teams
• Develop detailed drawings, material selections, and design specifications
• Conduct site visits and ensure execution aligns with design intent
• Manage timelines, client coordination, and project deliverables
• Ensure high standards of aesthetics, detailing, and luxury finishes

Requirement

• 5 to 13 years of experience in luxury interiors
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and styling
• Experience in handling turnkey or high-end residential/hospitality projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related design software
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced design environment

• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• Candidates with luxury hospitality or premium residential project exposure are highly recommended
